Parenting Plan Form Change

In January of this year 2021, Tennessee adopted a new Parenting Plan form.  It changed very little from the old form, but if the old form is used or the new form is modified, there is a good chance the Agreed Permanent Parenting Plan will be denied, especially in Rutherford County.   You can find the new form by searching for Rutherford County Chancery Forms.
